everytime i login to the game, it forces me to re-enter email/password. same with /reload & changing reccommended pvp/pve settings. i don't think its saving my settings profile like it was before. Thank you in advance!

I changed my Btag name, afterwards when I login thats the message i get "Abusing Detected" maybe the btag change caused an isuse?

I purchased and used a 1 month Koex key from weavers site, using the code and used the 25$ on the acccount balance to activate my subscription but im getting the "You need active VIP subscription to use this addon" The account balance was at 25$, now is at 0$.
